Cori began her studies when she enrolled in the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program at George Brown College. That is when her true love and obsession began. She went on to study at École National Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux, France. It was here that she earned a diploma in Modern French Pastry Arts.
She began to develop her craft and hone her skills in some of the most highly rated restaurants in Toronto. Cori’s career further developed as she grew and played integral roles in some of Canada’s top restaurants, patisseries, and hotels. With an impressive 11 restaurant and pâtisserie openings under her belt between Toronto, Montreal & Halifax.
She carries with her a range of skills and knowledge that span a multitude of disciplines. A Red Seal Endorsed Baker by trade, College Professor, and winner of OHI’s Top 30 under 30 in 2017.
Cori now resides on the East coast of Canada with her family, working as an Executive Pastry Chef. All of this, while also raising two kiddos.
